I’m unsure of my size. What size should I choose?

I have lost my Gift Card. Is it replaceable?

Please treat your Gift Card like cash. Unfortunately they are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

My order contains a sale item. Will it be sent straight away?

While the majority of sale stock is stored in our warehouse, we will occasionally need to source sale items from our retail stores. If your order contains a sale item, please note your order may be delayed while this item is sourced and sent back to our warehouse to complete your order. 

I've ordered an item that is available for Pre-Order. When will it be sent?

All pre-order items will state the availability date in the product description. This date is an estimation only and is subject to change. Once the Pre-Order product becomes available and your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details.

My order contains a Pre-Order item, and other items. When will my order be sent?

Your whole order will be sent only when the Pre-Order product becomes available. If you want to receive your other items earlier, we recommend placing a separate order with your Pre-Order product, so that it doesn't hold up all of your other goodies.

I've ordered a Personalised item. When will it be sent?

Please allow up to 3 additional business days for dispatch of all Personalised orders. Please note, this can take longer during promotional or busy periods.

Once the Personalised product has been completed, we will send you an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details.

My order contains a Personalised item, and other items. When will my order be sent?

Your items will be sent only when the Personalised item/s are completed. If you want to receive your other items earlier, we recommend placing a separate order with your Personalised product, so that it doesn't hold up all of your other goodies.

I have placed my order - can I change my personalised text?

The personalisation process begins as soon as an order is placed. For urgent changes to Personalised products, please contact our Support Team at support@ghanda.com to check your order's status.

Can I exchange or return Personalised items?

The great thing about customisation is that once an item is personalised, it is made just for you! As a result, we cannot offer exchanges, returns, or refunds if you change your mind about your personalised purchase.

My Personalised item is faulty. Can I get a replacement?

Each Personalised item is handcrafted by our experts on site, ensuring individual attention and a unique finish. This process may result in minor variations, making each product uniquely distinctive. If you believe the actual product you have had personalised is faulty, contact our Support Team at support@ghanda.com.

Can I buy Gift Cards online?

You sure can! You can find our Gift Cards online here.

Can my Gift Card be used in store & online?

Yes! We now offer Gift Cards which can be used both in store and online. If you are having any trouble redeeming your current Gift Card, please contact our Customer Service Team.

How do I check the balance of my Gift Cards?

What payment options do you have?

You can purchase your order by using credit card, PayPal, Afterpay or Klarna.

What are your Buy Now, Pay Later options?

Afterpay is available for Australian & New Zealand customers, on orders over $90 AUD.

Klarna is available for all customers, worldwide.

Will I be charged a conversion fee?

All prices are shown in AUD. If you are shopping with us internationally, your bank may charge you a conversion fee. You should check with your bank for further info.

Do you accept Gift Cards?

Yes, we accept the payment of Ghanda Gift Cards however this will only apply to the payment of your cart and will not include shipping costs.

Can I return my items from my Buy Now, Pay Later purchase?

If you paid using Afterpay or Klarna, your items can be returned for:

- Online Credit – you will be issued with an Online Credit Gift Card. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay or Klarna will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled payments.

- Size Exchange – your item can be returned for a different size only. We cannot process an exchange for a different style or colour item

Can I return my items in store?

If you paid using Afterpay or Klarna, you must return your item to Head Office. Please see our Returns for more information on how to send your items back to us.

Can I use Buy Now, Pay Later purchases in store?

Yes, you can use Afterpay in all our stores.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on my Afterpay order?

Your cart total and store purchase must be over $90 AUD.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on my Klarna order?

No, there is no minimum spend to purchase with Klarna.

How long will order take to arrive?

Your order should arrive within 1-5 business days for Standard Delivery, and 1-3 business days for Express Delivery once it has dispatched from our warehouse.

Where can I find the tracking information for my order?

After we have dispatched your order you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us with a link to your parcel's tracking information.

Does Express shipping guarantee my order will be processed and sent the following day?

Unfortunately, Express post is not a ‘rush through’ fee. We still require 1-5 business days to pack and send your order, as some items are sourced from stores and therefore some delays may occur.

What if I am missing an item, or I received the wrong item?

If you have received your order incorrectly, please let us know by emailing us, and we will sort this out asap for you.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! All countries available are listed here. There are some items which we cannot ship internationally, so please check the Product Details carefully prior to purchase.

Can I return my item/s?

You may return your item/s purchased online for a Credit Gift Card + 10% Bonus Credit, Shop Now + 15% Bonus Credit, Exchange or *Refund (excluding sale items, underwear, jewellery & personalised products) provided all tags are still attached, the item is in an unworn condition and you have your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

* Please note, refunds can only be processed for items purchased online and returned via our Return Portal.

How do I return my item/s?

Online purchases can be returned to any of our physical stores, or by post to our Online Return Team. Our Return Policy & instructions can be found here.

Online purchases returned in store are eligible for Exchange or Credit only.

Are there any items I can’t return?

Sorry, there are some items we cannot accept for return. Our Health and Hygiene Policy means we cannot accept underwear or jewellery. Specially marked items such as our Beach Umbrella, Beach Chairs, Skateboards & Scooters can also not be returned to our online store due to packaging restrictions. Items such as those purchased on sale, gift cards and personalised products are also not eligible for return.

When will you process my return?

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after it has been received at Head Office.

I received a gift for Christmas. Can I return it?

Items received as gifts that were purchased online can be returned for either Exchange or a Credit Gift Card through our Return Portal.

We're accepting online returns up until 30th January, 2025 for items purchased between 1st November - 31st December, 2024. All other standard Return Policy terms apply, so please be sure to check the details on this page carefully prior to purchase.

To submit your return you'll need the Order Number and delivery Post Code from the original online purchase.
