Delivery

Orders are processed next business day, and dispatch typically within 1-5 business days. Where your item(s) needs to be sourced from our retail stores, please allow an additional 1-2 business days.

Orders may be split across multiple parcels, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipping email from us which lists all items included in each parcel.

Packing Delays: During peak periods, there might be a slight delay in packing and handling times. Our team is working full throttle to get your Ghanda goodies on the way, but you may need to allow a few extra business days beyond our standard dispatch timeframes.

Orders cancelled during the stated processing times, including any displayed possible delays, fall under our Cancellation Policy and are eligible for a Credit Gift Card only. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.

We offer free shipping for:

- Orders over $95 AUD to Australia and New Zealand

- Orders over $120 AUD for all other international destinations

Product Availability

While we try to ship all orders as soon as possible, unfortunately sometimes there are delays as items may be low in stock. In this instance items may be sourced from our retail stores and will therefore take longer to complete your order.

Sale Stock

While the majority of sale stock is stored in our warehouse, we will occasionally need to source sale items from our retail stores. If your order contains a sale item, please note your order may be delayed while this item is sourced and sent back to our warehouse to complete your order.

Authority to Leave

All parcels are sent with Signature required. Please note, by selecting Authority to Leave at Checkout you are opting to leave your order unattended & Ghanda Clothing will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Customs & Import Duty

Orders delivered internationally may be subject to custom duties and taxes associated by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Any customs or import duties and associated fees for international orders placed prior to 29 August, 2025 AEST, are the responsibility of you, as the recipient, where they are not included in the cost of delivery. If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package.

Any applicable charges for international orders placed on or after 29 August, 2025 AEST, are paid at checkout, so the price you see is the final amount you’ll pay. This ensures faster customs clearance and delivery without unexpected fees on arrival.

Bulky Items

Unfortunately some of our products (skateboards, scooters, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach cabanas) cannot be delivered internationally. These products will incur a flat delivery fee of $10.95 and will be sent with standard post only.

Domestic Return to Sender Parcels:

For domestic parcels that are returned to sender, our support team will reach out via the email provided with your order to arrange redelivery once the parcel has been received at our Head Office.

If you no longer wish to receive your order, it can only be cancelled for a store credit (valid for 6 months), in line with our Order Cancellation Policy.
