|To start, you no longer need to redeem your Store Gift Card in store only. We are more than happy to swap this over for online use.
Please email our Customer Service Team with a photo of your Gift Card with receipt attached. We'll take it from there!
Do you have Gift Cards?
We definitely do! You can purchase a Gift Card to use either in store or online by clicking here.
I have lost my Gift Card. Is it replaceable?
Please treat your Gift Card like cash. Unfortunately they are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
I’m unsure of my size. What size should I choose?
You can view our size guide on all items. Simply click Size Guide under your item’s product description.
How do I know you’ve received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. In the rare event that you don’t, please email us
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are processed next business day, and take approximately 1-5 business days to pack and despatch from our warehouse.
While we try to have your items sent as soon as possible, some items are sourced from stores and therefore these delays may occur.
What payment options do you have?
You can purchase your order by using credit card, PayPal or AfterPay.
Do you have AfterPay?
We sure do! You can use AfterPay for all orders over $90. Head over to Afterpay Info to find out more.
Will I be charged a conversion fee?
All prices are shown in AUD. If you are shopping with us internationally, your bank may charge you a conversion fee. You should check with your bank for further info.
Can I return my items from my Afterpay purchase?
If you paid using Afterpay, your items can be returned for:
● Store Credit – you will be issued with an online credit Gift Card. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled payments.
● Size Exchange – your item can be returned for a different size only. We cannot process an exchange for a different style or colour item
Can I return my items in store?
If you paid using Afterpay, you must return your item to Head Office. Please see our Returns for more information on how to send your items back to us.
Is Afterpay available in store?
No, Afterpay is available for online purchases only
Can I use Afterpay if I am an international customer?
Sorry, Afterpay is only available for orders Australia wide
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on my Afterpay order?
Yes, your cart total must be over $90
How long will order take to arrive?
Your order should arrive within 1-5 business days for Standard Delivery, and 1-3 business days for Priority Delivery once it has dispatched from our warehouse.
Where can I find the tracking information for my order?
After we have dispatched your order you will receive an email from us with a link to your parcel's tracking information.
Does Priority (Express) shipping guarantee my order will be processed and sent the following day?
Unfortunately, express post is not a ‘rush through’ fee. We still require 1-5 business days to pack and send your order, as some items are sourced from stores and therefore some delays may occur.
What if I am missing an item, or I received the wrong item?
If you have received your order incorrectly, please let us know by emailing us, and we will sort this out asap for you.

We sure do! All countries available are listed here
Can I return my item/s?
You may return your item/s for a size exchange or a credit note (excluding sale items, swimwear, underwear & jewellery) provided all tags are still attached, the item is in an unworn condition and you have your order confirmation or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any items with the exception of faulty goods.
How do I return my item/s?

Are there any items I can’t return?
Sorry, there are some items we cannot accept for return. Our Health and Hygiene Policy means we cannot accept swimwear, underwear or jewellery. Items such as those purchased on sale, and gift cards are also not eligible for return
When will you process my return?
Returns are processed within 5 business days after it has been received at Head Office.
