If you change your mind on any full price item purchased in store or online, you can return it to any of our retail stores or to our online team within 30 days of receipt for domestic customers. For international returns you will need to post the item/s back to our online warehouse within 30 days of receipt.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
For a limited time, all returns to Online will only be processed for an Online Credit Gift Card. We cannot process exchanges at this time.
Online Credit Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed with your Online Credit Gift Card.

- - Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- - The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
- - The returned items must not be swimwear, underwear or sale and stock clearance items.
- - Proof of purchase is provided.
- - Return Form is included (when returned via post only)
If the item/s returned does not meet our Return Policy it will be sent back to you, to the original shipping address from your order

If your order was purchased with Afterpay, your items can be returned for:
- - Size Exchange - your items can be returned for a different size only. We cannot process an exchange for a different style or colour item
- - Store Credit - you will be issued with an Online Credit Gift Card. Please note your personal agreement with Afterpay will stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled payments

The offer is available for all Australia wide in store and online purchases for a limited time only. Free return excludes international purchases. The offer is subject to regular returns policy. We will not refund any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product delivered to you; this is subject to your rights under the Australia Consumer Law.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return or exchange your item if it is unwashed, unworn and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached. You must have satisfactory proof of purchase and you bring the item back within 30 days of purchase. The offer is available for all orders in store and online delivered to an Australian or International address. The offer is subject to our regular returns policy. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we will not refund any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product delivered to you.
TERMS & CONDITIONS – REFUND ON MIXED PAYMENT METHOD
If a refund has been approved, and your original order was purchased via the method of mixed payment using a gift certificate and other, you will receive the gift certificate back first and the balance via your other payment method.

We are making the gift of giving a little easier this Christmas. If you change your mind about any purchases made online or in-store between 1st November and 30th December, 2019, we are happy to offer an exchange or return, up until 20th January, 2020.
