You may return your item/s for either a size exchange or online credit.*
If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must request a credit where you can then make a new purchase.
If you choose to receive an online credit, you will be issued with an Online Credit Gift Card which will be emailed to you once processed.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.


1.  Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase
2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached
3. The returned items must not be swimwear, underwear or sale and stock clearance items

If the item/s returned does not meet our Return Policy it will be sent back to you, to the original shipping address from your order


Take your Order Confirmation into your nearest retail store where our store staff can process an exchange or create a Store Credit for you*,

Cost of Return

When returning items to our online store, you are responsible for the cost of return.
We recommend sending your item back using a trackable delivery service as Ghanda Clothing does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email once it has been processed and despatched.
While we try to process all requested items, please note that items may sell out before we are able to finalise your exchange.
If you requested item is unavailable from our warehouse you will be issued with an Online Credit Gift Card.


If your order was purchased with Afterpay, your items can be returned for:

       - Size Exchange - your items can be returned for a different size only. We cannot process an exchange for a different style or colour item
       - Store Credit - you will be issued with an Online Credit Gift Card. Please note your personal agreement with Afterpay will stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled payments.

*All Afterpay orders must be returned by post to our Online Store. Returns cannot be processed in store.


All international orders can be returned to us provided your item(s) meets all Return Policy conditions for an Online Credit Gift Card only. We cannot exchange styles.


We are making the gift of giving a little easier this Christmas. If you change your mind about any purchases made online or in-store between 1st November and 30th December, 2019, we are happy to offer an exchange or return, up until 20th January, 2020.
