RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online purchases must be returned to our online store.
You may return your item/s for exchange or online credit.
If you choose to receive an online credit, you will be issued with an Online Credit Gift Card which will be emailed to you once processed.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase with packing slip or proof of purchase
2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached
3. The returned items must be not be swimwear, underwear or sale and stock clearance items
ONLINE RETURNS VIA RETURN POST
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Returns & Exchange Form.
You will need to pay for return postage, however we will return the items at no extra cost
We recommend sending your item back using a trackable delivery service as Ghanda Clothing does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
If your requested return item is unavailable from our warehouse, you will be issued an Online Gift Card Credit.
If the item/s returned does not meet our Return & Exchange Policy it will be sent back to you.
