RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It's really important to us that you love your purchase from Ghanda.
If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit, we offer credit notes or exchanges.
Credit notes expire within 6 months, and can be used on any item in store or online.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
All purchases made online can be exchanged or returned by either post or in any of our retail stores.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase with packing slip or proof of purchase
2. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached
3. The returned items must be not be swimwear, underwear or sale and stock clearance items
ONLINE RETURNS VIA RETURN POST
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Returns & Exchange Form.
You will need to pay for return postage, however we will return the items at no extra cost

We recommend sending your item back using a trackable delivery service as Ghanda Clothing does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD
As a curtesy to our customers purchasing gifts over the Christmas period, we have extended our usual 21-day exchange period.
All items purchased between the 1st November and 31st December may be returned for an exchange or return up until the 20th January, 2019.
