Online Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right?

No problem! Our return process is easy!

We accept the return of full price items purchased online for an Exchange, Credit Gift Card or Refund*.

Items must be returned in its original condition including all tags.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of dispatch.

- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.

- The returned items must not be underwear, jewellery, sale and stock clearance items or specially marked and personalised items.

- The returned items must be lodged in our Online Return Portal in order to be processed.

- Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.

- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with proof of purchase, all original labels and tags attached.

- The returned items must not be swimwear, underwear, jewellery, sale and stock clearance items or specially marked and personalised items.

- Returns can be processed for Credit Gift Card or Exchange only.

- During in-store promotions, returns can be processed for size exchanges only. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or a Credit Gift Card, please hold onto your items until the sale has ended.

- The returned items must be lodged in our Online Return Portal in order to be processed.

- All international returns will be processed for either Credit Gift Card or Refund only. We cannot process international returns for exchange.

- All international returns are at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable. Please use your preferred postage service to our Return address.

Return Process

We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email from us once completed.

Credit Gift Card + 10% Bonus Credit

- 10% Bonus Credit is automatically applied to Credit Gift Card.

- The bonus credit is non-refundable & non-transferable.

- We offer free return postage to return items for a Credit Gift Card.

- Credit Gift Cards will be processed once your return shipment has been deemed ‘delivered’ by the postal carrier.

- Credit Gift Cards are valid for six (6) months from date of creation.

- Credit Gift Card are non-refundable.

Shop Now + 15% Bonus Credit

- Customers can choose to Shop Now on the website while processing your return with an additional 15% of the item’s price paid.
Eg. if returning a $50 item you can Shop Now with a Credit Gift Card of $57.50

- The bonus credit is non-refundable, non-transferable & must be used on the same exchange order.

- A $9.95 AUD shipping fee will be charged for your new item to be dispatched.

- Your new order will be shipped with Standard Post.

Exchanges

- Exchanges will be processed once your return shipment has been deemed ‘delivered’ by the postal carrier.

- A $9.95 AUD shipping fee will be charged for your new exchange item to be dispatched.

- Exchanges will be shipped with Standard Post.

- While we try to process all requested items, please note that items may sell out before we are able to finalise your exchange.

- If your requested item is unavailable from our warehouse you will be issued with a Credit Gift Card.

Refunds

- A $9.95 AUD processing fee will be deducted from the refund total.

- Refunds typically take up to two (2) business days to finalise depending on your bank.

- If your original order was purchased via the method of mixed payment using a Gift Card and other, you will receive the Gift Card back first and the balance via your other payment method.

- Sale & stock clearance items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

- Swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact and have not been previously removed.

- Swimwear purchased online can be returned online only. Swimwear purchased in store is not applicable for return or exchange.

- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear & jewellery cannot be returned.

- Delivery fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable.

- After your return has been lodged in our Return Portal, you will have 28 days to ship your parcel before the return expires.

- If the item/s returned does not meet our Return Policy it will be sent back to you, to the original shipping address from your order.

- Items purchased in store are unable to be returned online.

- Online purchases can be returned to any of our physical stores for an Exchange or Credit only. You must display your Order Confirmation as the proof of purchase.

- Cancellations of orders due to change of mind where the order is within our packing and handling times will be processed for a Credit Gift Card only.

- Partnerships and Surfing Australia official merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

- Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Online + Instore purchases

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email support@ghanda.com for further assistance.

- When returning for a Credit Gift Card, your payment plan will remain in place & the full balance is issued as a Credit Gift Card.

- When returning for a Refund, the amount will be cancelled from the final instalments of your payment plan and a refund will be issued if payment has been made.
