We accept returns for all full price items for an Online Credit Gift Card or Size Exchange*
Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order
Items must be returned in their original condition including all tags
Take your item/s & Order Confirmation into any Ghanda store where our staff can process either,
- Store Credit Gift Card, or
Your return will be processed provided all Return Policy requirements have been met
Simply drop your parcel off at convenient street post box, Post Office & selected branches of retails such as IGA, Mitre 10 & Priceline.
Alternatively, you can return your parcel to the address below using your preferred postage service:

Available for domestic Australia wide returns only
- Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
- The returned items must not be swimwear, underwear, jewellery, sale and stock clearance items or specially marked and personalised items.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- Return Form is included (when returned via post only)
If the item/s returned does not meet our Return Policy it will be sent back to you, to the original shipping address from your order
Returns will be issued for either an Online Credit Gift Card or Size Exchange*.
Select your preferred return option on your Return Form, which is to be included in your return parcel.
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection.
Refunds will only be processed if the item has been deemed faulty.
- All international returns are at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable. Please use your preferred postage service to the above address.
- All international returns will be processed for an Online Credit Gift Card only. We cannot process International returns for exchange.
Afterpay & Klarna Orders
If your order was purchased with Afterpay or Klarna, your items can be returned for:
- Size Exchange - your items can be returned for a different size only. We cannot process an exchange for a different style or colour item
- Credit - you will be issued with an Online Credit Gift Card. Please note your personal agreement with Afterpay will stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled payments
Online Credit Gift Cards
Online Credit Gift Cards are valid for six (6) months from date of creation. Online Credit Gift Cards are redeemable online only, and cannot be redeemed in store.
Cost of Return
Return postage is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
We recommend using the simple $9.15 AUD return shipping method offered.
If you choose to return your item via a courier yourself, we recommend sending your parcel back using a trackable delivery service as Ghanda Clothing does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email from us once completed.
While we try to process all requested items, please note that items may sell out before we are able to finalise your exchange.
If your requested item is unavailable from our warehouse you will be issued with an Online Credit Gift Card.
21 Day Returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return or exchange your item if it is unwashed, unworn and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached. You must have satisfactory proof of purchase and you bring the item back within 21 days of purchase. The offer is available for all orders in store and online delivered to an Australian or International address. The offer is subject to our regular returns policy. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we will not refund any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product delivered to you.
Mixed Payment Method
If your original order was purchased via the method of mixed payment using a Gift Card and other, you will receive the Gift Card back first and the balance via your other payment method.
Please note Ghanda are not responsible for any damaged or lost parcels that have been sent with either no tracking, or in a satchel or packaging that is not approved by the courier.
